During the meeting, the parties reviewed the current status of their ongoing joint project and discussed priority areas aimed at further developing industrial cooperation.

In particular, discussions focused on the following topics:

✔️ implementation of a PMO (Project Management Office) system to improve project governance and efficiency;
✔️ support and development of localization initiatives;
✔️ promotion of local manufacturers through the application of the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) principle;
✔️ studying international best practices and adapting them to Uzbekistan’s conditions;
✔️ improvement of industrial cooperation mechanisms and enhancement of their effectiveness.

🤝 At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue their cooperation consistently and to implement joint initiatives in the identified priority areas.
