✔️ Existing Public Procurement Issues Discussed with Representatives of the Pharmaceutical Sector

➡️ The meeting was attended by the management and responsible staff of the Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement, public procurement customers, representatives of electronic public procurement system operators, and business entities operating in the pharmaceutical industry.
A total of 50 participants attended the event in person, while more than 180 participants joined online. During the open dialogue, participants extensively discussed issues related to expanding the participation of pharmaceutical business entities in public procurement, ensuring openness and transparency in the sector, eliminating problems arising in practical activities, and creating more favorable conditions for participants.
The participants also discussed several technical and practical issues observed in electronic public procurement systems, barriers arising during procurement procedures, as well as proposals and feedback expressed by representatives of the pharmaceutical sector.
During the meeting, the proposals and initiatives put forward by participants were recorded by the Agency’s responsible staff, and agreements were reached on developing practical measures aimed at further improving the electronic public procurement system and eliminating existing issues in the sector.
✍️ At the end of the event, it was emphasized that establishing continuous dialogue with business entities operating in the pharmaceutical sector, promptly resolving existing issues, and regularly organizing such open-format meetings are of great importance.
