In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 243 dated November 23, 2006, “On Improving the Procedure for Accrediting Representatives of Mass Media at State Authorities,” the Ministry carries out organizational measures related to the accreditation of journalists. Mass media wishing to accredit their correspondents within the system of the “Uzarchive” Agency must submit a request in accordance with the procedure established by this Resolution and attach the following information:

the name and type of the mass media outlet;

its specialization;

distribution area;

e-mail address;
-
editorial office telephone and fax numbers;

the full names (surname, first name and patronymic) of the correspondents submitted for accreditation;

information on the technical equipment that correspondents must carry to perform their professional duties, as well as copies of their service ID, passport, diploma, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, and four photographs of the prescribed format.
The submitted request is reviewed by the expert group of the Accreditation Commission in accordance with the established procedure.
