In order to ensure the implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4363 dated June 21, 2019 and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 134 dated March 9, 2019, the Prosecutor of Fergana district Oybek Toshpulatov is carrying out control measures.
As part of this process, the prosecutor met with entrepreneurs operating in the "Mash'al" small industrial zone in the district. During the meeting, the launch of projects in the region and the reasons for the delay in some projects were critically discussed with the participation of officials.
In addition, specific instructions were given to find legal solutions to the problems that entrepreneurs are facing, eliminate existing obstacles, and ensure the launch of projects within the established time frame.
The Fergana District Prosecutor's Office continues to monitor this area, paying special attention to ensuring that all projects produce practical results and serve to create new jobs.
