The parties discussed the development of a comprehensive strategy for the implementation of the model of a vocational training center for the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At the meeting, an exchange of views took place on preparing young people for vocational education without entering universities. Based on the capabilities of each region, it was proposed to develop regional training and personnel training.

Noting that the issue of vocational education is relevant for our country, Minister K. Sharipov put forward a proposal to implement a pilot project to create a vocational training center in the Republic of Karakalpakstan within the framework of agreements with “Webster University”.

Professor John Pyle supported this proposal, and the parties agreed to develop a pilot project program.
