In the lectures, the main goal today is to achieve sustainable development of the system of training highly qualified personnel, and for this purpose, first of all, it is necessary to further expand the relationship of higher education institutions in the training of personnel in the areas and specialties most in demand in the labour market. The importance of improving the quality of higher education on the basis of advanced foreign experience, improving regular educational programmes and introducing modern pedagogical technologies was also stressed.
Special emphasis was placed on the issues of academic mobility, joint scientific and innovative research and implementation of projects, expansion of professional development of professors and teachers.
