As it was noted at the press conference, entrance exams to universities, colleges and technical schools will be held on the principle of “first testing, then selection”.
At that:
🔠 applicants will take the test 1 time and take part in the competition for admission to a professional educational organization if the score is not enough for admission to a higher education institution.
🔠 university admission process will be held in 2 stages:
1st stage - registration and selection of test subjects;
2nd stage - after the announcement of the test results, the choice of direction and form of study.
