Requirements for foreign language certificates for admission to master's and doctoral programs will be eased

As noted at the press conference, the foreign language certificate requirement for admission to master's and doctoral programs will be changed as follows:
➖ the requirement of a foreign language certificate for students who have mastered an educational program in a foreign language will be abolished;
➖ depending on the nature of the specialty, the requirement for a foreign language certificate in the fields of culture, arts, sports, education, health care, manufacturing, engineering, agriculture, veterinary medicine, architecture and construction, physics and natural sciences, transportation services will be lowered by one level - to level B1;
The certificate requirement will remain at level C1 for foreign languages and at level B2 for exact sciences, biology, mathematics, law, journalism, information and communication technologies and economics.
