Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan

On formation and placement of the state order:
➖ the practice of distribution of parameters of the state order in the context of operating universities will be canceled and the procedure of coordination in the context of bachelor's and master's degree specialties will be introduced;
➖ due to the reduction of the state order in social and humanitarian directions, the specified quotas will be distributed among engineering, medical, exact and natural sciences in priority order;
➖ starting from 2025, the parameters of the state order will be approved for a period of 4 years (currently 1 year) in accordance with the forecast of training and demand for highly educated personnel;
➖ Based on the material and technical base, faculty of higher education institutions, the general parameters of admission for the next academic year will be formed (without dividing into grant and contract places) for bachelor's and master's degree specialties;
➖ on the basis of the state order the distribution of grant places in higher education will be carried out in accordance with the selection of applicants according to the sequence of points scored in the republic for each direction.
