The event was first opened by Deputy Minister Otabek Makhkamov, who spoke about the current status of teachers in the higher education system, as well as the importance and essence of the new law. He emphasized that HR staff and lawyers are required to be especially responsible in fulfilling the requirements of this law, and today's training processes will further improve the quality of their work in this direction.
In the main part of the seminar, the head of the non-governmental educational institution "Lawyer and Personnel" Saidali Mukhtoraliev and senior lecturer of the Tashkent State Law University Muhammadamin Karimjonov provided the participants with important information on the practical application of the law. "On the Status of a Teacher", which entered into force on February 1, 2024.
After the questions and answers, this part was full of heated discussions. At the end of the seminar, participants were given samples of the necessary documents.
