    A republican scientific and practical conference on the topic “Food Safety and Innovative Technologies” was held at the Shakhrisabz branch of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology

    About 100 professors and talented students from 14 regions took part in the conference, organized as part of Science Week.

    First, the guests got acquainted with the educational, scientific and production laboratories “PT-PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY” operating in the branch, as well as an exhibition of innovative developments and modern advanced technologies.

    Lectures by scientists and young researchers on the topics “Innovative technologies in food production and ensuring their safety” and “Modern innovative technologies in production and engineering” were heard during the plenary session and breakout sessions.
