    Practical projects with foreign partner countries were discussed

    We previously reported that the delegation of Uzbekistan, led by Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Otabek Makhkamov, is currently in Moscow to participate in the eighth meeting of the ministers of education of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

    As part of participation in this international event, the Deputy Minister held separate meetings with the leadership of the ministries of higher education of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation to discuss a number of issues on the agenda of bilateral cooperation.

    During the meetings, ongoing work to further expand bilateral cooperation in the field of higher and postgraduate education and competitions for joint scientific projects were discussed.
