During the study, special attention was paid to the wide coverage and implementation of the "Andijan" experience in improving the waste management and management system in the regions, as well as to studying the state of environmental protection and waste management in the regions of the republic, identifying existing problems and developing proposals to solve them.
In particular, the regional headquarters was established, in which, with the participation of the republican working group and responsible officials of the region, issues of the state of waste management, provision of high-quality services to the population, collection of existing debts were discussed in detail, and appropriate instructions and instructions were given to responsible persons.
In addition, during the exercises, together with inspectors of the Department of Ecology of the Bukhara region, employees of the National Guard and the Department of Internal Affairs of Bukhara, raid measures for environmental control were carried out at the Central Farmers' Market, "Karvon Buyum" Ulgurji food markets located in the city of Bukhara.
During the raid, cases of dumping garbage in the wrong places were identified, an administrative protocol was drawn up by part 1 of Article 91 of the AC of the Republic of Uzbekistan and appropriate fines were imposed.
A campaign was also launched to transform the Bukhara region into a "Space of cleanliness and Greenery", in connection with which "Relevant 30 days" were announced for the prosecutor's office, internal affairs, the National Guard and the environmental inspectorate, and a task was given to organize raid events.
The Working Group also paid attention to the issues of forming a waste balance in the territory, identifying and preventing cases of dumping and disposal of waste in the wrong places, installing a waste collection point, containers, and equipment, encouraging sorting and recycling, strengthening payment discipline and debt repayment. They also discussed the implementation of investment obligations established within the framework of signed public-private partnership agreements on the creation of landfills and sanitary and hygienic points (toilets), garbage collection, and removal.
The purpose of the study is to ensure the implementation of the tasks set by the head of our state at the video conference "On organizing the spring sowing campaign and improving the waste management system" held on March 29 this year within the framework of the "Yashil Makon" project.
