The Regulation on the procedure for direct placement of real estate objects of state and state-owned enterprises on the basis of an online application of territorial subdivisions of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry was approved

Real estate objects of state and enterprises with state participation are put up for online electronic auctions in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulation on organising and conducting online electronic auctions and tenders on the electronic trading platform ‘E-auksion’, approved by Cabinet of Ministers decree No. 18 of 12 January 2022, on the basis of an online application of territorial divisions of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
At the same time, the territorial departments of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry send an online application via the State Property information system of the UzSAMA to place state real estate objects and enterprises with state participation identified in the regions for online electronic auction.
The online application is considered by the territorial departments of UzSAMA subject to a visit to the location of the property to inspect and study it within three working days.
Based on the results of the investigation, if there are no grounds for refusal to put the state real estate objects and enterprises with state participation on online auction:
- the object of state-owned real estate is transferred to the process of putting it up for online electronic auction;
- the issue of offering the real estate of enterprises with state participation is sent for consideration to their governing bodies.
