In accordance with the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency dated April 24 this year on the open sales processes of state share in the authorized capital of “Xiva Plaza” LLC (“Farovon Khiva Hotel”) following information is reported.
Based on the suggestion of the Consultant “RSM Uzbekistan”, in order to conduct sales processes in a transparent and competitive environment with the attraction of a larger number of potential investors, it is reported that the deadline for receipt of Expression of Interest applications for the purchase of the state share in the “Xiva Plaza” LLC is extended until 23:59 Tashkent time on August 1, 2025.
