The State Assets Management Agency of the republic of Uzbekistan

In accordance with the relevant privatisation programme, it is planned to privatise 61.3 percent of the state blocks of shares (hereinafter - ‘Block of Shares’) in the authorised capital of QO'QON NEFTGAZ PARMALASH ISHLARI JSC (hereinafter - ‘Issuer’/‘Asset’).

Privatisation processes are carried out through the trading platform MQQQMP Nego of the Tashkent Republican Stock Exchange (hereinafter - ‘Trading Platform’) in accordance with the rules of the Exchange.

Brief information about the asset:

• JSC "QO‘QON NEFTGAZ PARMALASH ISHLARI" is a company that organizes oil and gas well drilling.
• The legal address of the enterprise is 63, Istiklol street, Kokand city, Fergana region.
• Stake of shares offered for sale in the issuer's authorised fund - 61.3%;
• The total number of shares offered for sale - 33,424,896 (ordinary) shares;
• The initial price of one share for sale - 1,987.02 (one thousand nine hundred and eighty seven) soums and 2 tiyin;
• The initial value of the share package is 66,415,773,000.0 (sixty-six billion, four hundred and five million, seven hundred and seventy-three million) soums;
• The amount of the authorized fund of the Issuer - 3,433,833,648.0 (three billion four hundred thirty three million eight hundred thirty three thousand six hundred forty eight) soums;
• Trade organizer - "Tashkent RFB" JSC;
• Number of lots – 1 (one);

Transaction process:

Trading will start on 01.07.2024 on the special platform of RFB "Tashkent", SPPZ NEGO-site. (Link in Tashkent RFB trades).

The exchange transaction is carried out in accordance with the rules of the exchange with the applicant who submitted the highest offer.
