👉👉👉 The meeting focused on discussing the execution of the business plan for the socio-economic development of the district in 2026. Responsible persons were assigned to each direction, and specific instructions and tasks were given regarding the implementation of the planned works.
⬅️ For information, it is worth noting that this year, funded by the local budget, plans include the construction of a 180-seat state preschool on the site of Cultural Center No. 12 in "Lutfiy" mahalla, an additional school building for 990 students on the vacant lot of School No. 126 in "Al Khorazmiy" mahalla, and a 240-seat sports complex on the vacant grounds of the sports school in "3-Katta Chilonzor" mahalla.
⬅️ Additionally, construction and renovation works are planned for "Diyor", "Fidokor", and "Nafosat" mahallas within the framework of the "Obod Mahalla" (Prosperous Neighborhood) program. Furthermore, to bring central streets to a unified design code, a 2.5-kilometer section of Muqumiy Street will be given a new and modern look.
⬅️ At the same time, a 1-kilometer section of Qatortol Street, a 2.5-kilometer section of Choponota Street, and a 0.7-kilometer section of KHAY Street (Ring Road) will be transformed into tourism streets.
⬅️ Modern offices for 15 Mahalla Citizens' Assemblies will be built on the basis of Public-Private Partnership (PPP). To provide leisure areas for residents, shaded walking avenues will be established along 0.7 kilometers of Tokhtagul Street and 1.7 kilometers of Seoul Street.
⬅️ Parks will be established in the territories of "Bektopi", "Lutfiy", "Beshqorgon", and "Yakkatut" mahallas, and the construction of fountains is planned for "Borijar", "Katta Navbahor", "Fidokor", "Lutfiy", and "Bektopi" mahallas.
⬅️ To create convenience for the population, field shops will be organized in 34 mahalla territories. It is envisaged to landscape and transform 0.9 kilometers along the banks of the "Oqtepa" canal and 3.3 kilometers along the banks of the "Borijar" canal into promenades.
