According to the labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it is impossible to establish two types of wages for the same position.
👉 There are separate procedures for state organizations and private enterprises:
🔹In state organizations:
a single salary is established for each position. The establishment of different salaries for the same position in the same organization is not permitted. Otherwise, it is a violation of the law.
At the same time, additional payments (for example, seniority bonuses) may vary among employees.
🔹Private enterprises:
wages are determined by agreement between the employer and the employee. For example, if it is agreed with one employee in the amount of 5 million soums, and with another in the amount of 6 million soums, this will not cause a violation of the law.
