Labor leave for employees under the age of 18
☑️ Employees under the age of 18 are granted annual leave of at least 30 calendar days.
☑️They have the right to take leave at any time convenient for them.
☑️If an employee reaches the age of 18 during the working year, the leave days are calculated in proportion to the time worked until the age of 18 and beyond.
❗️ Recalling employees under the age of 18 from annual labor leave is not permitted.
