How is working time determined for workers with unfavorable working conditions?

Reduced working hours of no more than 36 hours per week are established for employees exposed to harmful and hazardous production factors.

The duration of daily work (shifts) for employees working in unfavorable working conditions is also limited:

🔹 For a 6-day work week - up to 6 hours

🔹 For a 5-day work week - up to 7 hours 30 minutes

If the work week is 30 hours:

🔹 For 6 days — up to 5 hours

🔹 For 5 days — up to 6 hours

If the work week is 24 hours:

🔹 For 6 days — up to 4 hours

🔹 For 5 days - up to 5 hours

⚠️ It is prohibited to involve employees engaged in work with especially harmful and especially hazardous working conditions in overtime work.
