🔹The employer must provide the reasons for refusal in writing within 3 days. The involvement of women in difficult or unfavorable working conditions will also be restricted.

🔹 Pregnant women are transferred to lighter work or reduced work rates based on a medical report, while their average salary is maintained during this period.
