💡 Before starting the second task, pay attention to 5 important steps:

 

🔍 Understand co-working

 

Paid work performed on the basis of a separate employment contract during time free from primary work is considered part-time work.

 

🔍 Sign a contract

 

A separate employment contract is concluded for internal or external part-time employment.

 

🔍 Pay attention to working hours

 

As a rule, working time for part-time employment must not exceed half of the established working time norm.

 

🔍 Prepare your documents

 

External part-time work requires a passport or ID card, a certificate from the primary place of employment, and, if necessary, a diploma or certificate.

 

🔍 Remember your rights

 

Part-time workers are provided with remuneration and statutory leave.

 

🔴 Note: There are restrictions on part-time work in certain circumstances, including for individuals under the age of 18.
