An employee has the right to extend or reschedule their annual labor leave in the following cases:

▫️ in the period of temporary disability;

▫️ the start of the maternity leave period;

▫️ when annual labor leave coincides with educational leave;

• during the performance of state or public duties; ▫️

▫️in other cases provided for by a collective agreement or a collective agreement.

Upon the occurrence of reasons preventing the use of labor leave, the employee is obliged to notify the employer in writing.
