Part-time employment is carried out on the basis of an employment contract and is formalized by an order of the employer.

In the case of internal part-time work for an employee who has concluded an employment contract with the employer for primary work, a separate part-time employment contract shall be concluded with the employee.

The employment contract concluded for part-time work must specify that the work is performed on a part-time basis.

A fixed-term employment contract may be concluded with persons hired on a part-time basis.
