Citizens’ Appeals in Focus: Mobile Public Reception Held in Karmana District

A mobile public reception was held in Yangi Ariq Mahalla of Karmana District by Ummatoy Yo‘ldosheva, Adviser to the Minister of Poverty Reduction and Employment Promotion, to review citizens’ appeals directly on site.

During the reception, nearly 30 citizens raised issues related to employment, recovery of unpaid wages, vocational training, access to preferential loans, subsidies, and soft loans.

Most of the appeals were reviewed and resolved on the spot, with citizens receiving practical assistance and legal guidance. Issues requiring further examination were registered for follow-up in accordance with established procedures, and responsible officials were assigned specific tasks to ensure their resolution.

At the end of the event, books were presented to participants to promote spiritual and educational development and to encourage a culture of reading.

Such mobile public receptions help strengthen open dialogue with citizens, provide prompt solutions to their concerns, and improve the effectiveness of ongoing efforts to promote employment and provide social support to the population.
