Priority Tasks for Poverty Reduction and Employment Promotion Identified in Qizilrabot Mahalla

A meeting was held in Qizilrabot Mahalla of Navbahor District under the leadership of Lutfullo Khayrullayev, Head of the Navoiy Regional Department for Poverty Reduction and Employment Promotion, with the participation of representatives and officials from relevant organizations and government agencies.

During the meeting, participants discussed measures to ensure the implementation of the priority tasks outlined at the video conference chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 16 July. Particular attention was given to reducing poverty, increasing employment opportunities, and improving the living standards of the residents of the mahalla.

The meeting assigned specific responsibilities to officials for conducting household-by-household assessments in areas with high levels of unemployment and poverty, identifying citizens' problems through a targeted approach, and taking practical measures to resolve them.

Recommendations were also provided on improving the appearance of the mahalla, repairing and whitewashing residential buildings, enhancing sanitary conditions, and encouraging residents to observe cleanliness and maintain a well-kept environment.

At the conclusion of the meeting, responsible officials were assigned clear tasks to ensure employment for every unemployed citizen, create sustainable sources of income for low-income families, assist with repairing the homes of citizens listed in the poverty register, and address existing problems through targeted and practical solutions.
