The "Yangi O'zbekiston" town is turning into a true center of construction and development. Modern residential complexes are being built to meet the population's demand for multi-story housing. As a result of these large-scale construction efforts, contractor companies are experiencing a growing demand for both skilled specialists and contract workers for general labor tasks.

In this regard, a job fair was organized today on the premises of "UMS GROUP" LLC. The primary objective of the event was to secure employment and job opportunities for unemployed youth residing in the Davlatabad district, individuals released from correctional facilities, and other unemployed citizens.

During meetings chaired by the regional khokim, specific instructions are consistently given to prioritize the effective use of internal local capabilities and resources when ensuring employment for citizens. This job fair served as a practical implementation of those tasks.

Khokim assistants operating in all mahallas of the district participated in the fair alongside unemployed citizens from their respective territories. Participants were introduced to available vacancies, and an open dialogue was conducted with representatives of employers regarding working conditions at construction sites, wages, available opportunities, and social guarantees.

At the conclusion of the fair, citizens who expressed a desire to work in the construction sector were offered available job openings, and practical measures were taken to facilitate their employment.
