Every Thursday, as part of “Youth Day”, special attention is being paid to open dialogue with young people, studying their problems and proposals, supporting their initiatives, and finding practical solutions to their concerns.
For this purpose, today, October 8, another meeting between district leaders and young people was held under the leadership of Anvarjon Ochilov, Governor of Bukhara District. The meeting was organized at Technical School No. 1 in Bukhara District and was attended by more than 100 young people.
During the meeting, the concerns, problems and proposals of young people who are studying, working in various fields, looking for employment, or interested in starting their own businesses were heard directly.
Ensuring youth employment was one of the main areas discussed at the meeting. In order to study the concerns of young jobseekers and assist them in finding employment, the heads of relevant enterprises and organizations, as well as responsible specialists, were involved. The knowledge and skills, interests and available employment opportunities of young people were studied, and practical measures for their employment were identified.
Particular attention was also paid to the initiatives of young people interested in entrepreneurship. The meeting discussed the implementation of their proposed projects, attracting the necessary financial resources, obtaining loans and making use of other forms of financial support.
Bank representatives also took part in the process and provided explanations regarding opportunities for financing youth projects, procedures for obtaining loans and available benefits and incentives. Relevant tasks were identified to provide practical support for young entrepreneurs and help them implement their projects.
The dialogue also focused on opportunities for young people to pursue education, acquire professional skills, find employment, establish entrepreneurial activities, spend their free time productively, and effectively use available opportunities to demonstrate and develop their talents.
Anvarjon Ochilov, Governor of Bukhara District, reviewed the appeals and proposals raised by young people together with the relevant officials and issued appropriate instructions to ensure that the issues raised are addressed promptly and practically.
Such open dialogues play an important role in directly identifying the problems faced by young people, supporting their initiatives, ensuring employment, and helping them implement their future plans.
In Bukhara District, efforts to regularly hold open dialogues with young people within the framework of “Youth Day”, study their appeals in a targeted manner, and provide practical support for every initiative will continue consistently.
