Another mobile reception was held in Bukhara District

A regular mobile reception conducted by Anvarjon Ochilov, Hokim of Bukhara District, was held in Qo‘shxodim Mahalla.
During the mobile reception, residents of the mahalla raised various issues of concern and directly presented their problems to the district hokim.
During the reception, citizens’ appeals were heard, and information from the relevant officials was reviewed on each issue. Relevant instructions were given to responsible officials to study the appeals on site, resolve them in accordance with the law, and ensure their implementation.
In particular, citizens raised issues related to social matters, infrastructure, improvement and landscaping, public utilities, as well as other pressing concerns.
District Hokim Anvarjon Ochilov paid particular attention to each appeal, giving instructions to resolve some issues on site and to refer appeals requiring additional examination to the relevant responsible officials.
Mobile receptions play an important role in directly studying the problems of residents in their own mahallas, establishing open dialogue with citizens, and ensuring practical solutions to their appeals.
Behind every appeal lies human dignity.
