In Bukhara District, systematic efforts are continuing to hear citizens’ appeals, study their problems directly on site, and find practical solutions.
Every Friday, Bukhara District Governor Anvarjon Ochilov holds a citizens’ reception at the district People’s Reception Office, while outreach receptions are held in mahallas every Tuesday.
The latest outreach reception was held in Oybek Mahalla. During the reception, local residents addressed the district governor with issues and concerns affecting them.
The meeting covered citizens’ appeals related to employment, entrepreneurship, land and housing, social protection, public utilities, as well as other issues.
Each appeal was thoroughly reviewed with the participation of responsible officials, and relevant tasks were identified to ensure lawful and practical solutions to the problems raised. For appeals requiring additional study, specific instructions were given to the responsible officials, and their implementation was placed under control.
Such outreach receptions play an important role in maintaining direct dialogue with citizens, studying existing problems on site, and finding prompt solutions to residents’ appeals.
