We visited the home of Tilav Saidov, a resident of Yangi Turmush Mahalla in Bukhara District, and became acquainted with his activities in growing tree seedlings.
Tilav Saidov grows ornamental and fruit tree seedlings both at his household and on a 15-sotix plot of land allocated for his dehkan farm. He pays particular attention to propagating tree and shrub seedlings that are well adapted to the soil and climatic conditions of the area.
Currently, his nursery is growing ornamental trees and shrubs such as maple, catalpa, Japanese sakura, silk acacia, ash, ailanthus, amorpha and other species.
During the seedling-growing process, particular attention is paid to their adaptation to local conditions, proper care and healthy development. This makes it possible to provide high-quality seedlings for the greening of mahallas, residential areas and other territories in the future.
Tilav Saidov also aims to actively participate in the autumn season of the national “Yashil Makon” project. To this end, 300,000 ornamental and fruit tree seedlings have been prepared.
Within the framework of the national “Yashil Makon” project, systematic efforts are continuing to increase the level of greenery in territories, expand the cultivation of trees and shrubs, improve the environment and enhance ecological conditions.
