Implementation of assigned tasks discussed at the next “Khokim’s Hour”

A regular “Khokim’s Hour” meeting was held at the Bukhara District Hokimiyat under the leadership of Bukhara District Hokim Anvarjon Ochilov. The meeting was attended by heads of law enforcement agencies, deputy khokims of the district, and heads of organizations, enterprises, and institutions.
The meeting focused on current issues on the agenda, ongoing work in the district, and the implementation of assigned tasks.
First, the meeting addressed the implementation of the nationwide “Green Space” project, strengthening the participation of mahallas in this process, increasing the level of greening, and improving public spaces. Relevant instructions were given to responsible officials to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of the assigned tasks and to expand green areas in mahallas.
The meeting also reviewed efforts to ensure a stable supply of energy resources to the population during the autumn-winter season, prepare social-sector facilities for the season, and monitor the progress of construction works. Tasks were set to ensure a smooth passage through the season, eliminate existing shortcomings, and improve the readiness of facilities.
Particular attention was paid to the results of the first nine months of 2026, as well as ensuring key macroeconomic indicators by the end of the year, maintaining economic growth rates, and stabilizing the inflation rate.
The meeting also discussed the effectiveness of measures aimed at making territories free from poverty and unemployment, implementing the employment program, the results of household surveys, and measures to increase household incomes. Responsible officials were assigned specific tasks to systematically organize work in each mahalla and household, make effective use of available opportunities, and ensure employment for the population.
In addition, measures to reduce the shadow economy, expand the tax base, and ensure additional revenues expected to be generated for the budget in 2026 through the mobilization of unused opportunities and reserves were considered.
The state of executive discipline was also discussed critically and analytically during the meeting. Relevant instructions were given to responsible officials to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of assigned tasks.
Reports from responsible officials were heard on the agenda items, and specific tasks were set to eliminate identified shortcomings, ensure the implementation of assigned duties, and improve the effectiveness of the work.
Bukhara District Hokim Anvarjon Ochilov instructed responsible officials to approach their assigned tasks with responsibility, strictly observe executive discipline, and ensure tangible results from the work being carried out.
