Independence is the centuries-old dream of our people and the solid foundation of our national identity, freedom and prosperous life. This year, we are celebrating the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan with great joy, pride and a festive spirit.

Over the years of independence, our country has gone through a remarkable path of development. Today, special attention is being paid to ensuring human dignity and interests, improving the well-being of the population, developing territories, modernizing infrastructure, improving the education and healthcare sectors, and, in particular, creating broad opportunities for young people.

Such noble and constructive efforts are also being consistently continued in Bukhara District. Extensive work is being carried out to improve mahallas, create decent living conditions for the population, and address issues related to drinking water, electricity, roads and other social infrastructure. Most importantly, special attention is being paid to the opinions, proposals and appeals of residents throughout these processes.

As a Deputy of the Bukhara District Council of People’s Deputies, my most important responsibility is to maintain constant and close dialogue with the population, study their problems and contribute meaningfully to resolving their legitimate appeals. After all, being a deputy means, first and foremost, having the trust of the people, carrying great responsibility, and faithfully serving the interests of society and the country.

All the achievements and constructive transformations we are witnessing today are rooted in peace and stability, the unity of our people, and our confident progress along the path of independent development.

The true value of independence is reflected in our peaceful and tranquil life, the happy future of our children, and the prosperity of our people. Preserving and cherishing independence, passing it on достойно to future generations, and contributing to the development of our Motherland are the sacred duties of each of us.

Taking this opportunity, I sincerely congratulate all our compatriots on the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan!
