Head of Bukhara District Anvarjon Ochilov Holds Regular Reception for Citizens

Maintaining open and sincere dialogue with the population, listening to citizens’ appeals, studying the problems they face, and finding practical solutions to each issue are among the important priorities of the public administration system today.
In order to work with citizens’ appeals, study their legitimate requests and proposals, and resolve their problems directly at the local level, Head of Bukhara District Anvarjon Ochilov held a regular reception for citizens at the district’s People’s Reception Office.
During the reception, citizens from various parts of the district raised issues concerning matters that affect their daily lives. Among the issues discussed were employment, establishing and expanding entrepreneurial activities, material and social assistance, housing, land relations, access to drinking water and electricity, roads and infrastructure, as well as a number of other concerns.
The district head listened carefully to each appeal and paid particular attention to the opinions and proposals of the citizens. Based on the substance of the appeals, relevant instructions were given to the heads of responsible organizations on a number of issues.
In addition, with regard to appeals requiring further study and additional time for resolution, responsible officials were instructed to visit the relevant locations, thoroughly examine the situation, identify the causes of the problems, and take practical measures in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
During the reception, it was emphasized that no citizen’s appeal should be left without attention. The implementation of instructions given in response to citizens’ appeals must be kept under strict control, and the issues raised should be resolved within the established deadlines without unnecessary delays.
Efforts to ensure the timely consideration and positive resolution of citizens’ appeals are being consistently continued. These efforts are aimed at further strengthening citizens’ trust in government institutions, ensuring the interests of the individual, and establishing continuous dialogue with the population.
Every appeal raised during the citizens’ reception is a practical expression of attention to people’s interests and the protection of their rights and legitimate interests.
