Establishing an open and sincere dialogue with the population, listening to the problems faced by citizens, and providing timely solutions to their legitimate appeals are among the important areas of activity of government bodies. Regular personal and mobile receptions serve as an effective mechanism for direct communication with the population, studying problems on the ground, and finding solutions to them.
For this purpose, on August 14, the next public reception of Anvarjon Ochilov, Hokim of Bukhara District, was held at the building of the People's Reception Office of Bukhara District.
More than 40 citizens participated in the reception. Deputy hokims of the district, heads of enterprises and organizations, as well as responsible officials also took part in the reception and directly listened to citizens' appeals.
During the meeting, citizens raised issues related to cadastral matters, employment, the provision of financial assistance, practical support for restoring their health, housing, utility services, and other social matters.
Each appeal was thoroughly reviewed with the participation of responsible officials and examined from both legal and practical perspectives in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. Particular attention was paid to resolving problems directly on the spot whenever possible.
During the reception, the majority of appeals received positive solutions. Issues requiring additional review and a certain period of time were referred to the relevant organizations and enterprises for implementation. Specific instructions were given to responsible officials, with deadlines established for their resolution. The district hokimiyat took the implementation of the appeals under its control.
Such public receptions contribute to the timely identification and resolution of problems faced by citizens, further strengthening open dialogue with the population, and putting into practice the noble principle of “Human dignity above all.”
