Another citizens' reception was held at the Bukhara District People's Reception Office with the aim of ensuring the timely consideration of citizens' appeals, directly studying their concerns and proposals, and identifying practical solutions.
The reception was conducted by S. Ochilov, First Deputy Governor of Bukhara District. During the meeting, citizens from various parts of the district presented their appeals and proposals concerning employment, support for entrepreneurship, land and property relations, public utility services, drinking water supply, electricity, road infrastructure, social assistance, and other issues.
During the reception, each appeal was discussed through open dialogue with the citizens, and every issue was carefully examined. Matters that could be resolved immediately were addressed on the spot. Those responsible were also instructed to review all appeals in accordance with the requirements of the law, provide citizens with the necessary legal explanations, and take prompt measures to resolve their problems as quickly as possible.
As emphasized during the meeting, working effectively with citizens' appeals, safeguarding their legitimate interests, and finding practical solutions to pressing issues remain among the top priorities of public authorities. Therefore, particular attention is being paid in Bukhara District to maintaining open dialogue with residents through the regular organization of mobile and personal receptions and the timely resolution of issues affecting the population.
