Today, our country is paying special attention to ensuring youth employment, teaching young people modern professions and skills, widely involving them in entrepreneurial activities, and creating the necessary conditions for them to turn their business ideas into reality. In particular, supporting youth initiatives and providing financial and practical assistance to create new jobs has been identified as one of the important priorities.
For this purpose, an open dialogue with young people was held at the Bukhara District Branch of Agrobank JSCB.
During the meeting, detailed information was provided on the opportunities being created for young people to start entrepreneurial activities, expand existing businesses, implement new projects, and engage in income-generating activities.
The open dialogue featured opinions and suggestions on young people’s interest in starting a business, effective ways to involve them in entrepreneurship, improving financial literacy, and accessing loans and other financial services. Young participants raised questions of interest to them, and specialists provided detailed answers.
Particular attention was paid to supporting young people who are just planning to start their entrepreneurial activities, helping them put their projects and initiatives into practice, and developing their business management skills. After all, one good idea from a young person can benefit not only that individual but may also contribute to creating new jobs for other citizens in the future.
During the dialogue, young people had the opportunity to receive direct recommendations from specialists on issues of interest to them, discuss their business ideas, and determine their future plans.
Such meetings play an important role in increasing young people’s initiative, encouraging them to develop independent sources of income, supporting their interest in entrepreneurship, and increasing the number of new business projects among young people.
Most importantly, open and sincere dialogue with young people makes it possible to hear their problems and suggestions directly, pay particular attention to each initiative, and provide practical assistance.
Today, broad opportunities are being created in Bukhara District for young people who wish to start their own businesses, strive for innovation, and demonstrate initiative. There is no doubt that young people who effectively make use of these opportunities and combine their knowledge and hard work with entrepreneurship will make a worthy contribution not only to their own future but also to taking the economic development of the region to a new level.
