Establishing an open dialogue with citizens, identifying public concerns in a timely manner, and resolving them on the spot are among the key priorities of the state policy in Uzbekistan. Mobile public receptions organized in local communities serve as an effective platform for listening directly to citizens' appeals, supporting their proposals and initiatives, and promoting the comprehensive development of local areas.
For this purpose, on July 28, the next mobile public reception of the Hokim of Bukhara District, Anvarjon Ochilov, was held in the Do'stlik Mahalla. The event was attended by the Deputy Hokims of the district, representatives of relevant organizations and institutions, mahalla activists, and local residents.
During the open and constructive dialogue, citizens raised issues related to the repair of internal roads, electricity and drinking water supply, employment, social assistance, cadastral matters, entrepreneurship development, and several other areas.
Each appeal was carefully reviewed by the Hokim and the responsible officials. Issues that could be resolved immediately were addressed on the spot, while those requiring further study and additional time were assigned to the relevant organizations, with specific deadlines set and implementation placed under supervision.
During the mobile reception, a separate dialogue was also held with young people. Particular attention was paid to ensuring youth employment, helping them acquire vocational skills, supporting their entrepreneurial initiatives, and organizing their leisure time in a meaningful way.
Bukhara District will continue to organize such mobile public receptions on a regular basis to maintain an open dialogue with citizens, systematically review their appeals, and effectively resolve existing issues.
