Under the leadership of the Hokim of Bukhara District, Anvarjon Ochilov, the next public reception for citizens and representatives of legal entities was held at the District People's Reception Office. The event was attended by the Deputy Hokims, heads of relevant enterprises and organizations, sector officials, and representatives of responsible government agencies.

The reception was organized in the form of an open dialogue to promptly identify the issues facing citizens, protect their legitimate interests, and provide practical solutions to their appeals. Throughout the meeting, each appeal was carefully heard, and responsible officials presented detailed information regarding the issues raised.

More than 20 citizens participated in the reception. Their appeals mainly concerned employment, drinking water supply, electricity, natural gas, repair of internal roads, cadastral and land relations, housing, social assistance, entrepreneurship development, public utility services, and other pressing social issues.

Each appeal was thoroughly discussed under the leadership of the District Hokim with the participation of heads of the relevant organizations and agencies. A number of issues were resolved immediately during the reception, while citizens received legal explanations and practical assistance. For matters requiring additional study and time, specific instructions were given to the responsible officials, implementation deadlines were established, and their execution was placed under special supervision.

During the dialogue, Hokim Anvarjon Ochilov emphasized that no citizen's appeal should be left without attention and that responsible organizations must further strengthen their efforts to resolve public concerns. He also instructed officials to conduct on-site assessments, systematically address the problems faced by residents, and maintain continuous open communication with the public.

It is worth noting that Bukhara District consistently continues its systematic efforts to maintain open dialogue with citizens, listen to their concerns and proposals, and ensure that every appeal receives a lawful and fair resolution. Such public receptions help identify pressing issues in a timely manner and ensure that the necessary measures are taken to address them.
