Timely consideration of citizens' appeals, resolving public concerns directly on-site, and strengthening open dialogue between government agencies and residents remain among the key priorities in Bukhara District. To achieve this, mobile public receptions are regularly organized, providing citizens with an opportunity to present their proposals and initiatives.
The latest mobile reception was held by the Governor of Bukhara District, Anvarjon Ochilov, in the Bogʻikalon Mahalla Citizens' Assembly. The event was attended by the district governor's deputies, heads of relevant organizations and enterprises, mahalla activists, and members of the local community.
During the reception, residents raised issues related to drinking water supply, electricity, repair of internal roads, employment, entrepreneurship development, social assistance, cadastral matters, public utility services, and other pressing concerns. Participants also put forward a number of proposals aimed at improving the mahalla's infrastructure, enhancing beautification efforts, and further improving living conditions for residents.
Each appeal was personally heard by the District Governor and thoroughly discussed with the participation of the responsible authorities. Issues that could be resolved immediately were addressed on the spot. Appeals requiring additional review were assigned to the relevant officials, who were instructed to ensure their resolution within the framework of the law and within the established deadlines.
During the meeting, the District Governor emphasized the importance of further improving the system for handling citizens' appeals, remaining attentive to public concerns, and recognizing that every appeal represents the interests and well-being of individuals. Responsible officials were instructed to ensure that all appeals are addressed promptly and effectively without unnecessary delays.
