Comprehensive reforms are being consistently implemented in Uzbekistan to further develop the preschool education system, expand children's access to quality education, and create a modern and safe learning environment. As a result of these efforts, modern preschool institutions are being built across the country, providing favorable conditions for the comprehensive development of the younger generation.
On July 10, a ceremonial opening of the State Preschool Educational Institution No. 40, designed to accommodate 120 children, was held in Novmetan village, located within the Novmetan Citizens' Assembly of Bukhara District. The facility was newly constructed with financial support from the Islamic Development Bank.
The opening ceremony was attended by Bukhara District Hokim Anvarjon Ochilov, respected elders, mahalla activists, and members of the local community. During the event, participants highlighted the importance of the ongoing development projects in the district and the reforms being implemented in the preschool education sector.
The preschool was constructed by Fast Quality Building LLC based on a modern design. The total cost of the project amounted to 4.2 billion UZS.
The institution has a capacity of 120 children and is designed to operate four groups. The building is equipped with all the necessary facilities to ensure high-quality education and care, while supporting the intellectual, physical, and moral development of children.
The commissioning of this new preschool institution will significantly expand preschool education coverage in Novmetan village, provide children with a modern learning environment, and create greater convenience for parents.
Bukhara District continues to implement large-scale development projects aimed at improving the education sector, constructing modern social infrastructure, and creating favorable conditions for the comprehensive development of the younger generation.
