Our country continues to implement consistent reforms aimed at further developing the preschool education system, expanding children's access to quality education, and creating modern and comfortable learning conditions. As part of the implementation of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 18, 2021, on measures to implement projects for the development of educational infrastructure with the participation of the Islamic Development Bank and the OPEC Fund for International Development, another important social facility has been commissioned in Bukhara District.

A ceremonial opening of State Preschool Education Institution No. 15 was held in Quyi Kobdun Village of the Istiqbol Mahalla in Bukhara District. The event was attended by R. Nabiyev, Chairman of the Bukhara District Council of People's Deputies, community leaders, respected elders, and members of the public.

The modern preschool institution, designed to accommodate 120 children, was built at a cost of 4.2 billion Uzbek soums. Construction work was completed by Fast Quality Building LLC with high quality and within the established timeframe.

The institution provides all the necessary conditions for the comprehensive development of children. It includes four modern classrooms, a music hall, a sports hall, a kitchen, a medical room, safe and modern playgrounds, contemporary furniture and educational equipment, an energy-efficient heating and cooling system, and all other essential infrastructure.

The commissioning of this preschool institution has become a memorable event for the residents of Quyi Kobdun Village. Until now, many young families had to take their preschool-aged children to institutions located far from their homes or faced difficulties in securing places for them. Today, the long-standing dream of the people of Kobdun has come true, as children can now receive preschool education in a modern facility located within their own community.

The opening of this new preschool institution will not only expand access to preschool education but also contribute to the comprehensive development of the younger generation, enhance their knowledge and potential, and strengthen the foundation for their future. Such constructive projects are yet another practical example of the high priority given in our country to human dignity, especially to the education and upbringing of children.
