Bukhara District continues its consistent efforts to modernize educational institutions, strengthen their material and technical base, and create a modern and comfortable learning environment for students. One such project is currently underway at Secondary School No. 13, located in the Sohibkor Mahalla, where large-scale renovation works are progressing rapidly.
The project is being implemented in accordance with Resolution No. 300 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated May 7, 2025, "On Measures to Accelerate Projects Aimed at Improving Energy Efficiency."
Under the project, the private enterprise XUMIN UNIVERSAL STROY is carrying out comprehensive renovation works at the school building. The old slate roof is being replaced with modern metal roofing, while energy-efficient doors and windows are being installed. Modern underfloor heating systems are also being introduced in classrooms and the assembly hall to provide a comfortable indoor environment.
The project also предусматривает the installation of solar panels to improve energy efficiency, ensure a stable electricity supply, and reduce overall energy consumption.
In addition, significant attention is being paid to landscaping and site improvement. Internal walkways are being concreted, landscaping works are underway, and the school grounds are being enclosed with a modern metal fence.
Upon completion of the renovation, the 420-seat school will welcome students for the new academic year with modern infrastructure, energy-efficient technologies, and all the necessary facilities for quality education.
The Hokim of Bukhara District, Anvarjon Ochilov, visited the construction site to review the progress of the project. During the visit, responsible officials were instructed to ensure the quality of construction works, comply with building standards, and complete the project within the established timeframe.
Such projects aimed at modernizing educational institutions and introducing energy-efficient technologies play an important role in creating a safer, more comfortable, and higher-quality learning environment for students.
