The reforms being implemented to promote youth employment, increase young people's incomes, and support their entrepreneurial initiatives are already delivering tangible results. In Bog‘ikalon Mahalla of Bukhara District, land plots allocated to young people under the initiative of the President have become a stable source of income for hardworking youth.
Today, more than 7,000 people live in Bog‘ikalon Mahalla, nearly 2,000 of whom are young people. In accordance with Presidential Resolution No. PQ-153, "On Measures to Increase Youth Incomes and Ensure Their Employment through Land Allocation, as well as the Development of New Agricultural Lands," a total of 10 hectares of fertile land with reliable irrigation and convenient access were allocated to 52 young residents of the mahalla. This initiative enables young people to earn a sustainable income through their own efforts and to develop entrepreneurial activities.
One of these enterprising young people is Abdullo Sadullayev. Although he is a skilled craftsman by profession, he has also successfully engaged in farming. On his allocated 20-sotix land plot, he established a greenhouse covering 2.5 sotix, where he grows tomatoes. On the remaining land, he cultivates various vegetable crops with the aim of achieving high yields.
Notably, Abdullo carries out this work together with his family members. Their teamwork, careful use of the land, and appreciation of every inch of soil are producing impressive results. The vegetables they grow not only increase the family's income but also contribute to supplying local markets with fresh and high-quality produce.
