In particular, the Gulin Melange Tekstil LLC, which works on the basis of investment from Turkish investors, today employs more than 120 citizens. In a significant aspect, the annual production capacity of 3 thousand tons of mixed fiber yarn is ensured by the material benefit of dozens of local families at the enterprise preparing Kalava. 

A limited liability company, Olot spinner, is also operating in the same neighborhood. On this day, more than 130 citizens are employed in this enterprise, which is working on renewal, creative work and expansion of production capacity. This production entity is carrying out 5 million square meters of weaving and 3 million pagonometers of spinning in one year. 

Another production site adjacent to the above enterprises, the activities of Shakh Gold textile LLC, are also in the development stage in the following months. Today, this enterprise has a production capacity of 1,200 pagonometers of Boz fabric. Looking at the progress achieved, this enterprise has exported 230,000 US dollars of Boz cloth products to partner customers abroad during 2023, while negotiations are underway to double this figure in the current year, thereby increasing production capacity. The operation of the weaving factory is also expected to be established by the community administration in the coming days.

It should be noted that according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers “on measures for the comprehensive socio-economic development of the Bukhara region in 2019-2023", a small industrial zone was established in Khalifa on 2.4 hectares of land. This industrial zone is now growing in the number of business entities with labor communities such as Shoh Gold textile and other manufacturing enterprises. In them, the process of production and preparation of products, supply of raw materials, as well as finding a buyer in the domestic and foreign market is in the attention of the district officials.
