“Leaders and Youth” Meeting Held in Buka District

Participants included O. Tursunov, First Deputy Governor of Tashkent Region; O. Sultonbekov, Deputy Governor responsible for youth policy, social development, and spiritual and educational affairs; S. Usmonov, Deputy Head of the Regional Department of the State Security Service; A. Inagamov, Head of the Regional Tax Department; M. Abdazimov, Head of Buka District; Sh. Zunnurboyev, District Prosecutor; A. Gulomov, Head of the District Internal Affairs Department; Sh. Khazratov, Head of the Tax Inspectorate; deputy district governors; heads of relevant organizations; and young people not engaged in organized youth activities.
During the meeting, young people raised concerns and put forward proposals on issues affecting them. Particular attention was given to employment opportunities, access to bank loans, covering university tuition fees, obtaining subsidies, and establishing entrepreneurial activities.
Each appeal was reviewed with the participation of the relevant officials, and specific tasks were assigned to address the issues raised. Responsible officials were tasked with ensuring follow-up on the appeals and working toward positive solutions to the challenges facing young people. Implementation was placed under supervision.
Such meetings play an important role in establishing open dialogue with young people, promoting employment, supporting their initiatives, and finding practical solutions to their concerns at the local level.
A job fair was also organized as part of the event. Participating young people had the opportunity to explore available vacancies and identify employment opportunities suited to their interests and qualifications.
