A “Hokimlik Soati” meeting was held in Buka District

The meeting was attended by Sh.Zunnurboyev, District Prosecutor; A.Gulomov, Head of the District Internal Affairs Department; Sh.Khazratov, Head of the District Tax Inspectorate; deputy hokims; heads of enterprises and organizations; mahalla chairpersons; and social workers.
Agenda items
The meeting reviewed the progress of construction works at schools included in the 2026 Investment Programme, including the completion of construction, formal acceptance of facilities, and provision of the necessary equipment.
Tasks were also identified to ensure the timely delivery of equipment to schools, including determining the winners of competitive selection procedures, approving delivery schedules starting with educational institutions where acceptance certificates have been formalized, and ensuring compliance with the approved schedules.
The meeting also addressed the implementation of Resolution No. 449 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 20 August 2026, aimed at expanding the participation of employers in the training of mid-level specialists at technical colleges and ensuring employment for graduates.
The participants discussed the tasks set during the meeting held by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with representatives of the culture, arts and literature sectors on 1 June, as well as measures envisaged by Presidential Decree No. PF-103 dated 2 June concerning the development of creative associations in 21 areas.
Particular attention was paid to addressing shortcomings in the supply of coal to the social sector and the population, as well as ensuring that vulnerable households receive the necessary fuel in a timely manner.
The meeting also reviewed the progress of “green renovation” works being carried out in households included in the “Social Register” where there are persons with Group I disabilities and no employable family members.
In addition, tasks were identified to ensure the implementation of the Localization Programme, develop industrial cooperation, and increase the share of national content.
The meeting also thoroughly reviewed activities being carried out as part of the “40-day period of priority tasks”, existing problems, and measures to address them.
Reports from responsible officials were heard on the agenda items, and identified shortcomings were analyzed.
