Adminstration of the Buka District Tashkent Region

The reception was held in Qoraqoyli Mahalla, where residents raised issues related to social protection, material assistance, utility services, and other matters of concern.

The district Hokim carefully listened to each citizen’s appeal and assigned specific tasks to responsible officials to study the issues on site and ensure their lawful resolution.

For some appeals, practical measures were identified in cooperation with relevant organizations, including on-site inspections where necessary.

The implementation of every issue raised by citizens has been placed under the strict control of the district Hokim.

During the reception, it was emphasized that maintaining open and sincere dialogue with residents, identifying citizens’ problems in a timely manner, and ensuring their practical resolution are among the key priorities.
