During the reception, citizens’ appeals, proposals and concerns were heard, and relevant explanations were provided regarding the issues raised.

The appeals mainly concerned social issues, employment, infrastructure, коммунal services and other areas affecting the daily lives of the population.

Each appeal was thoroughly reviewed with the participation of responsible officials. Practical measures were identified to resolve issues that could be addressed directly, while specific instructions were given to relevant organizations and officials regarding matters requiring additional examination.

The implementation of measures arising from the appeals was also placed under control, and citizens were informed about the measures being taken to address the issues they raised.

Direct communication with citizens, careful consideration of their appeals and finding practical solutions to their problems remain among the priority areas of the district administration’s activities.

Work on citizens’ appeals, their timely consideration and resolution in accordance with the law, as well as regular personal receptions, will continue.
