Citizens' Appeals Remain a Priority

Today, on August 3, in accordance with the approved schedule, O. Hamdamov, First Deputy Hokim of Bo‘ka District, and A. Nishonov, Head of the Secretariat of the Bo‘ka District Council of People's Deputies, held the next regular public reception for citizens at the People's Reception Office.
During the reception, citizens' appeals concerning bank loans, employment, support for entrepreneurship, social assistance, public utility services, and other pressing social issues were carefully reviewed and discussed.
Legal explanations were provided for each appeal in accordance with the current legislation. Issues requiring further examination were referred to the relevant organizations, responsible officials were assigned specific tasks, and the implementation of these instructions was placed under supervision.
Maintaining an open dialogue with citizens, addressing their concerns in a timely manner, resolving problems effectively, and strengthening public trust in state institutions remain the primary objectives of such public receptions.
